Bespoke and custom-made products: Steering wheels and other products genuinely made or personalised to a customer’s specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges where the statutory bespoke-goods exemption applies. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer-supplied steering wheel re-trims: Where customers send their existing steering wheel for re-trimming or modification, applicable cancellation rights depend on the nature of the contract. Where a statutory service cancellation right applies, customers may cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to the legal rules concerning work started at their express request.
Standard products: Eligible non-customised products purchased online may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Customers must notify us within this period and return the goods within a further 14 days. Items should be handled only as necessary to inspect them. A lawful deduction may apply for excessive handling.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns where this was disclosed before purchase. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will meet reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Faulty or incorrect products: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where available. Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds: Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable statutory timeframe. For qualifying change-of-mind cancellations, this includes the original standard delivery charge where required by law. For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or evidence of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
Exchanges: Please contact us to discuss an exchange. Bespoke products are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges where the statutory exemption applies, but your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
